Blending my personal and professional experience, I help women tune in to what their bodies need to feel whole throughout all stages of life. Maybe you've been on birth control for years and want to cleanse your body, maybe you're searching for holistic ways to support your hormones (and feel less crazy!), or maybe you struggle to get your kids to eat veggies and don’t know where to go from here. It’s never too late to start adopting healthier practices around eating, work, exercise, family, and really…all things in life.

Nutrition & Life Coaching

We'll connect over the phone or in-person for two sessions each month. Since there’s more to feeling good than what you eat, our conversations will go beyond just nutrition to uncover areas in life that may be impacting how you feel. What does your exercise routine look like? Are you getting quality sleep? Are you overworked or overstressed? From hormones to major life moments, our bodies and minds go through so many changes. My goal is to make sure that you're able to thrive throughout all of life's ups and downs through.

Includes:

  • Two hour-long sessions/month

  • Communication throughout the week by text or email

  • Personalized plans and written materials based on your needs (ie: grocery lists, recipes, supplemental support, etc.)

Meal Prep

Whether you're a working Mom or prefer to sit on the sidelines in the kitchen, I'll create meals for you or the whole family, depending on what you're looking for. Filled with quality, whole foods, I'll share some of my family's favorite recipes (and yes - they're kid approved too!). The goal is to cook with simple and clean ingredients that you can trust, so you don’t have to rely on takeout as much. Plus, my meals are easy to integrate into your busy schedule, so that you can re-create them whenever you’re feeling up to it!

Includes:

  • 30-minute consultation so that I’m aware of any likes, dislikes, or food allergies ahead of time

  • Weekly menu

  • Flexibility to start small (5 meals/week) and add over time depending on your schedule and needs

Pantry & Fridge Reboot

Food labels and ingredients can be overwhelming to sort through. From multigrain and low-calorie to gluten-free and natural flavors - there are so many labels that claim to be healthy, but are really misleading. Let's take a look at what you have, what you should steer clear of and maybe what you need more of. I always advocate for balance, so this isn’t just about removal or creating fear around certain labels and brands. It’s also about empowering you to make more informed decisions when you shop for yourself or the whole family moving forward!

Tip: An organic label says very little about whether a product is healthy so it's not always worth it to splurge!
